It is hereby ordered that DANIEL CHRISTOPHER CONSTABLE Respondent, serve upon CHRISTINA FAITH CONSTABLE, Petitioner, whose address is CAROLE JONES, CIRCUIT CLERK, WOOD COUNTY JUDICIAL BUILDING, #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before DECEMBER 23, 2016.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
