It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that MICHAEL GORDON JOHNSON is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that MICHAEL GORDON JOHNSON, Respondent, serve upon AMBER DAWN JOHNSON, Petitioner, whose address is 4403 9TH AVENUE, PARKERSBURG WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before FEBRUARY 17, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
