applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
G70-D General Permit Registration for an Oil and
Natural Gas Production facility located at 623 Klondike
Acres Middlebourne, WV 26149, in Tyler County,
West Virginia.

November 2020. Written comments will be received by
the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days
from the date of publication of this notice.
