City of Vienna Invitation to Bid #FD 20-02
VIENNA VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT CONCRETE RAMP REPLACEMENT
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of the front concrete ramp at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department located at 609 28th Street.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna City Building at 609 29th Street between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday
Sealed proposals will be received until Monday, March 23, 2020 at 10:00am, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID #FD 20-02”.
There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 1:30pm at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department 609 28th Street, Vienna, WV.
Prospective bidders may contact Chief Steve Scholl at (304) 295-5652, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained, and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
