It is hereby ordered that, TAMMY LYNN MILLER, Respondent, serve upon SCOTT EDWARD MILLER, petitioner, whose address is
1709 19TH STREET, APT. C PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 30, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
