Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of October, 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Rodney Stanphill will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Rodney Shane Stanphill to Shane Stanphill. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
