Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of November, 2020, at 2:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Sara Lynn Summers will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Sara Lynn Summers to Sarah Lynn Summers. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
