NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust, dated September 19, 2017, executed by MELISSA A. BALLENGEE, as Trustor, to THEA HAGGARD, Trustee, and recorded on September 20, 2017, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, as Instrument No. 5947861, in Book 2677, Page 136; and an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated October 12, 2020, and submitted for recording on October 21, 2020, to the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia; and that certain Substitution of Trustee, Fred G.
