TO: UNKNOWN FATHER,
The purpose of the above action is to determine guardianship of the child C.C., born August 19, 2013, to Shasta Cathers-McCormick. The petition, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant children.
It is ORDERED that Unkown Father of the aforementioned child, appear in the Doddridge County Circuit Court, 2nd Floor, Doddridge County Courthouse, West Union, West Virginia, on the 17th day of November, 2020 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, for a adjudicatory/ status/ preliminary hearing of Unkown Father. Parties should note that these matters get continued on occasion for good cause and should contact their Counsel as soon as possible. Said persons are instructed that they have ten (10) days from this Notice to answer the Petition herein. Said persons are given notice that they must object, or otherwise permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and parental rights may be permanently terminated.
