To: Eric Jordan Swihart, the biological father.
On an earlier date came the Petitioners Hayley Elizabeth Genger and Jason Anthony Fazio seeking the adoption of a certain minor male child S.R.S. born on the 28th day of January 2015 in Parkersburg, WV to Hayley Genger. Said child is currently before the Court under said Petition for Adoption and the Court has ordered notice to the you as the alleged biological father that you shall appear and defend as to any rights you desire to protect regarding whether or not you are the biological father of the minor child and have any rights incident thereto. Failure to appear and defend can result in the adoption of this minor child any such parental rights being terminated now and forever.
A hearing on the Petition shall be held on the 14th day of December, 2020 at 3:30 P.M. oclock before the Honorable Jason Wharton, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia at his hearing room 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101 at which time you may appear and protect your interests. If you fail to do so, any rights as a parent may be terminated. You may obtain copies of the Petition from the undersigned Clerk of the Court at her offices in the courthouse at 2 Government Square, Room 131, Parkersburg, West Virginia. You may consult with an attorney or hire same at your own cost but are not required to do so. You may file a written answer but are also not required to do so.
