The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that ANGEL KIRBY is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, ANGEL KIRBY, Respondent, serve upon CALVIN KIRBY, Petitioner, whose address is 818 15TH ST., PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before NOVEMBER 18, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
