Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide temporary off campus student accommodations for its new School of Aviation program, within a twenty (20) mile radius to Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV. The student population served will include fifteen (15) to thirty (30) male and female students and one resident assistant. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., LPT on, December 8, 2020, via Zoom at the following link: https://marshall.zoom.us/j/91322082897 Meeting I D: 913 2208 2897 Pass code: 169214. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, project specifications, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified.
