NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by WAYNETTE ADKINS to K. E. MCGINNIS and J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 6th day of MARCH, 2013, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2475, at page 19, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 20th day of NOVEMBER, 2020, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 405, at page 693, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. Turley and Sharon Turley as described in Deed Book 948, at Page 477; thence, leaving the line of Ellet Adkins South 18 59′ East a distance of 85.76 feet to a re-rod in the northerly line of a 30 foot right of way; thence, with the no1iherly line of the aforesaid right of way in an easterly direction 44.74 feet to an iron pipe; thence, with a curve having a radius of 165. 00 feet and with the northerly line of said 30 foot right of way to an iron pipe; thence, continuing with the n01iher ly line of said 30 foot right of way North 69 45’08” East a distance of 10.50 feet; thence, leaving the northerly line of the aforesaid 30 foot right of way North 18 59 ‘ West a distance of 78.00 feet to an iron pipe, said iron pipe being the beginning point of James Lee Adkins , Deed Book 859, at Page 191; thence, westerly with the southerly line of Ellet Adkins a distance of 72.80 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
