NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by JASON LEE SCOTT and RONALD LEE SCOTT to K.E. MCGINNIS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 3rd day of AUGUST, 2009, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 688, at page 576, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 20th day of NOVEMBER, 2020, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Trust Deed Book 829, at page 427, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on DECEMBER 23 , 2020 at 10:00 AM, at the FRONT of the Court House of Wayne County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of real estate, situate , lying and being in North Wayne Heights, Union District, Wayne County, West Virginia , being known and designated as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on the control line (Referenced by the South monument, bearing S 42 36 W. 64.8 feet); thence S. 47 24 E 197 feet to a point in the outside line of Lot No. 38, of North Wayne Heights Addition; thence with same S 36 57 W 65.1 feet, N. 47 24 W 226 .2 feet to the east right-of-way line of Lakeside Drive; thence with said right-of-way line, N. 32 E 65 feet to a point in the same; thence leaving said right-of-way line S 47 24 E 28 feet to the BEGINNING, CONTAINING 14,500 square feet, be the same more or less.
