Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of December, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Hannah Elaine Shaver will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her name from Hannah Elaine Shaver to Lucas Elliott Shaver. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
