The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CARRIE R. PHILLIPS is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CARRIE R. PHILLIPS, Respondent, serve upon RICHARD A. BUSH, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is P.O. BOX 1348, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before DECEMBER 28, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
