AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that WV Army National Guard Eleanor Maintenance Facility has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for an Emergency Generator located on 110 Army/Navy Drive in Red House, WV in Putnam County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.534597, -81.932596. The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM – 0.01 tons/yr, VOCs — 0.02 tons/yr, CO — 0.05 tons/yr, NOx — 0.62 tons/yr, SO2-0.11 tons/yr and aggregate HAPs — 0.0028 tons/yr. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of February 2021.
