The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JONATHAN A. ALVAREZ, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JONATHAN A. ALVAREZ, Respondent, serve upon MICHELLE GONZALEZ, petitioner, C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CKERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 25, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
