To all the creditors of Worthington mental Health Services aka Integrated Community Health Services of Parkersburg Inc., including those holding liens by judgement or otherwise on its real estate, or any part thereof.
In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court, of Wood County, made in a cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of Worthington Mental Health Services now known as Integrated Community Services of Parkersburg Inc. to the payment of its debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication, as set forth below by the hearing date set forth below, otherwise you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate
Please take notice that Robert K. Tebay, III, the Special Commissioner appointed herein will conduct a hearing on the 2nd day of February, 2021 at 10am., at his offices at 331 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia to determine the liens and priorities thereof attaching to the real estate of Worthington Mental Health Services now known as Integrated Community Services of Parkersburg Inc. under the provisions of West Virginia Code 38-8-9, at which time and place you may be present to present your claim(s).
