On or about May 23, 2003 M.F., the above-named child, was born to CHRISTINA FOWLER. On or about May 17, 2006 B.F. the above-named child, was born to CHRISTINA FOWLER. It appearing that the Father, JOSEPH FOWLER, JR., of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on MARCH 9, 2021, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public. The Father, JOSEPH FOWLER, JR., has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, RYAN RUTH, ATTORNEY AT LAW, POST OFFICE BOX 1076, WINFIELD, WV 25213 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 720-7884.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JOSEPH FOWLER, JR., with respect of the above-named children, M.F and B.F.
