On or about November 21, 2016 B.D. the above-named child, and on or about February 28, 2018 A.D. the above-named child, was born to NICKEA LEADMON. It appearing that the Mother, NICKEA LEADMON, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on FEBRUARY 19, 2021, at the hour of 2:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, NICKEA LEADMON has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, JOHN WOODS 625 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 615-7796.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, NICKEA LEADMON, with respect of the above-named children B.D. and A.D.
