It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Christopher Joseph Gilbert, without effect, it is hereby ordered that CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH GILBERT serve upon Thomas Karr, Counsel for Petitioner, whose address is Legal Aid of West Virginia, 327 Ninth St., Parkersburg, WV 26101, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days of this Notice. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. A copy or said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
Please also take notice that a hearing is set on this Petition for February 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in front of the Honorable C. Darren Tallman, in the Family Court of Wood County at the Donald F.
