ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 25th day of January, 2021, a Complaint was filed by Ashley Parker, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Richard Franklin Parker, Deceased, in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, styled Ashley Parker, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Richard Franklin Parker, Deceased v. Miranda Maynard, Wayne County Civil Action No.: 21-C-5 , requesting an Order of the Court so granting the reliefrequested in the Complaint. Miranda Maynard is hereby advised that a copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Wayne County, West Virginia, at the Wayne County Courthouse , 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570 . Ms. Maynard is further advised that she must file a written response in said Clerk’ s office within twenty (20) days of the publication of this matter.
