UNDERWOOD is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, GAVIN JIWAN UNDERWOOD, Respondent, serve upon TAYLOR NICOLE HINERMAN, petitioner, whose address is 179 SPRUCE STREET, DAVISVILLE, WV 26142 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 9, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
