Invitation to Bid MU21MAILING The Marshall University Office of Purchasing, on behalf of the Marshall University Mail Services Office, invites sealed bids to establish an open-end contract for mailing services. The successful vendor must furnish all supervision, labor materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and all effort necessary to complete the scope of work outlined in the bidding documents.
