Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for R2101503 – RCBI Roof Replacement, at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. The scope of work consists of removing the existing single-ply membrane roof, rock ballast, insulation and flashings; furnishing and installation of new EPDM roofing system including insulation base layers, tapered insulation, flashings, metal edgings, and related accessories and sealants. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., LPT on, March 30, 2021. via Zoom at the following link: https://marshall. zoom.us/j/98290987 864. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: Roofing Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified.
