ORDER OF PUBLICATION Plaintiff seeks to obtain free and clear of any right, title, and interest of the Defendants, to that certain piece and parcel of land situate in Cabell County, which is more fully and particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, together with all the improvements thereon, and all easements, rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of W. J. Wolfe s Fairview Plan of Lots, which map was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on May 2,1906, in Deed Book No. 83, at page 435, as Lot Number Thirty-two (32) in Block “B”, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line of West Fifth Avenue 90.5 feet easterly from its intersection with the east line of Fifth Street West; thence northerly by a line parallel with said Fifth Street West, 100 feet to the south line of an alley; thence with same easterly, parallel with West Fifth Avenue 30 feet; thence southerly by a line parallel with Fifth Street West, 100 feet to the north line of West Fifth Avenue, thence with same westerly 30 feet to the Beginning. It appearing by an affidavit of record in this civil action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendants, without success, it is hereby ORDERED, that Defendants named hereinabove serve upon William G. Jones, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P. O. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint initiating this civil action on or before the 20th day of April, 2021, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
