ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 16th day of March, 2021, a Motion for Default Judgement was filed by Ashley Parker, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Richard Franklin Parker, Deceased, in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, styled Ashley Parker, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Richard Franklin Parker, Deceased v. Miranda Maynard, Wayne County Civil Action No.: 21-C-5, requesting an Order of the Court so granting the relief requested in the Complaint. NOTICE is given that this matter will come on for hearing on TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. before the Honorable Jason Fry at the Wayne County Courthouse, 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570. Ms. Maynard is further advised that she may appear at said hearing to protect her interests. If she does not, thereafter judgment by default upon proper hearing may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, i.e. damages, equitable relief, attorney’s fees and costs for the actions of Ms. Maynard with regard to the Estate of Richard Franklin Parker, Deceased.
