NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the following deed of trust: Deed of Trust dated June 13, 2017, made by Jesse Mccomas, to William T. Watson, Trustee, for the benefit of Janet Carter which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2665, at Page 137. Default having been made in the payment of the obligations secured by such deed of trust, the undersigned, William T.
