The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that ERIC ANTHONY ROLLYSON, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, ERIC ANTHONY ROLLYSON, Respondent, serve upon CYNTHIA NICOLE ROLLYSON, petitioner, whose address is 2413 MORNIINGSIDE AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 28, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
