It is hereby ordered that, CRYSTAL GAYLE ROBERTS, Respondent, serve upon DUSTIN RYAN EAKLE, petitioner, whose address is 103 8TH AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 28, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
