THE OBEJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO QUIET TITLE TO REAL ESTATE IN WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA DUT TO A CLOUD ON TITLE ARISING FROM A TAX DEED TO THE PLAINTIFF DATED APRIL 1, 2016 ON REAL ESTATE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1801 18TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG, WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA.

It appearing that the heir, (heirs) of William E. Farrar, deceased and/or other unknown parties may now be a non resident of the State of West Virginia and may have an interest in the real property that is the subject of this action, it is hereby ORDERED that the above named Defendants, or other unknown parties, serve upon Robert K. Tebay, III LC, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 251, Parkersburg, WV 26102-0251, an Answer, including any related countercalim or defence you may have to the Complain filed in this action, on or before May 14, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
