Public Notice The Wayne County Commission and the KYOVA Interstate Planning Commission along with consultant E.L. Robinson are hosting an informational public input meeting on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 4:00-7:00pm at Heritage Hall, Heritage Farm Museum and Village, 3300 Harvey Road, Huntington, WV to discuss the Harvey Road Connector Project in Wayne County, West Virginia.
