The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Parkersburg, Birmingham, Alabama, CON File #21-5-12091-B, for the addition of ten inpatient rehabilitation beds at Parkersburg Rehab. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $18,800,000.
