It is hereby ordered that, JODIE LEE MORGAN, Respondent, serve upon ERIC HOWARD MORGAN, petitioner, C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JULY 5, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
