NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO. 21-C-220 JERRY CORRIGAN ENTERPRISES, LLC Plaintiff, v. MARY LOU MORGAN; AND ANY HEIRS AT LAW, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT; ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain free and clear of any right, title, or interest of the Defendants, certain land known as 258 Gallaher Street, Huntington, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington in Cabell County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the east line of Gallaher Street and 187-1/2 feet south of the south line of Short Street (now called Allen Avenue) as now located, 16 feet wide, and also being the southwest corner of that certain lot conveyed by Carroll 0. Morrison and Eloise P. Morrison, his wife, to A D. Delung and Margaret Delung, by deed dated 15 May, 1950, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 428, at page 468; thence, from said beginning point southerly along the east line of Gallaher Street a distance of 60 feet to a point; thence easterly parallel to said Allen Avenue a distance of 264 feet to a point; thence, northerly parallel to the east line of Gallaher Street, a distance of 60 feet to a point, being the southeast corner of the said Delung lot; thence, easterly and parallel to said Allen Avenue and running with said Delung lot a distance of 264 feet to the BEGINNING. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff, herein, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of some of the Defendants, without success, it is ORDERED, that Defendants, above named, serve upon Natalie E. Corrigan, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 835, Barboursville, WV 25504, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 12th day of July, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
