The object of the above-entitled action is forfeiture. It appearing by a petition filed in the above-styled action that the Westover Police Department is responsible for the February 1, 2015 seizure from the person of Levon J, Albaran-Walker and from Room 132 of the Econo Lodge Hotel, Westover, Monongalia County, West Virginia.
It is ORDERED that any claimant shall serve upon the State of West Virginia, W. Chad Noel, Petitioners’ counsel, whose address is Monongalia County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 243 High Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer or other defense to the petition filed in the above-styled action within thirty days of the date of service of the petition or within thirty days of the publication, otherwise judgment by default will he taken against the property at anytime thereafter. A copy of the petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.

TO ANY CLAIMANT OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED WITHIN THE PETITION:
You have the right to file an Answer to the Petition setting forth your right to possession of the property within thirty days from the service hereof If you fail to file an Answer, a Final Order forfeiting the property to the State will be entered, and such Order is not subject to appeal.
FURTHER NOTICE
TO ANY OTHER CLAIMANT OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED WITHIN THE PETITION:
Any other person having a putative claim to the above-referenced property shall clearly state his or her identity and an address where legal process can be served upon him or her. Any such person shall refer to the specific Petition to determine a description, of the seized property, the agency responsible for the seizure, the time and place of the seizure, the identity of the person in possession of the property at the time of seizure. The State has requested an Order directing forfeiture of the property to the State, investing ownership of the property in the State.
These Notices are in compliance with W. Va. Code ยง 60A}I05 (b) & (c).
