Abbreviated Advertisement for Sealed Bids
West Virginia University at Parkersburg will be accepting sealed bids for (1) Lot of Snow Blower, Workshop Furniture and Office Furniture located at the Main Campus.
Information can be found on the bid board outside the Business Services Department or by calling (304) 424ä 8324. Snow Blower, Workshop Furniture and Office Furniture may be viewed on June 10th 2016 from 1 p.m. ä 3 p.m. Viewers must check in at the Business Services Department at the main campus. Bids must be a minimum of $100.00. Bids must be received by the Procurement Office at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104 at the main campus in a sealed envelope and marked Snow Blower, Workshop Furniture and Office Furniture before 3 p.m. on June 14th 2016. At 3 p.m. on said date, a public bid opening will be held in the Procurement Department.
Snow Blower, Workshop Furniture and Office Furniture is sold âas isã and must be paid by cash or check.
The successful bidder must pay for and remove snow blower, workshop furniture and office furniture from storage facility by June 21st 2016. West Virginia University at Parkersburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
