West Virginia University at Parkersburg is interested in selling real property located at 182 Happy Valley Road in Parkersburg, WV. Interested parties may submit a written offer to purchase no later than 1:00 pm on October 7th, 2016 at WVU-P Main Campus, Purchasing Department, in care of Jeannine Ratliffe. There is NOT a minimum bid for the property, but all bids are subject to approval through the office of the Attorney General. West Virginia University at Parkersburg reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
