FOR AVIATION JET FUEL (JET A AND 100LL)

MID-OHIO VALLEY
REGIONAL AIRPORT (PKB)
PARKERSBURG, WV
Separate, sealed proposals will be received by the Airport Manager of the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport, Parkersburg, West Virginia, until Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. EST, when and where they will be opened and publicly read aloud, for providing AVIATION FUEL (Jet A and Avgas 100LL) and related services for the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport in accordance with the specifications available at the Airport Authority Offices. Copies of the specifications may be obtained by contacting the Wood County Airport Authority office (304)464-5113 address P. 0. Box 4089, Parkersburg, WV 26104.
All proposals must be received by the Airport Authority in a sealed envelope and clearly marked AVIATION FUEL PROPOSAL. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of the proposals. Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Fax copies will not be acceptable.
The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal or in the request for proposal process where the best interests for the Airport may be served.
