Notice is hereby given that KINGSTON MINING, INC., P O BOX 69, 622 PACKS BRANCH ROAD, PAX, WV 25904 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 3 release on Permit Number U300597 issued for 12.4 acres.
The permit is located in Valley District of Fayette County, 5.0 miles west(Direction) of Dothan (Nearest PO) on Milburn Creek (Primary Receiving Stream) of Paint Creek (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Upper Kanawha River (Major Drainage Basin).
The permit is being released as overbonded and requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $31,720.00.
