MAIN STREET, SUITE 2000, LEXINGTON, KY 40507 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 Permit Number S300517 in order to request a variance to allow for blasting on Sunday within 1,000 feet of an active deep mine. The revised permit will discharge into Left Fork and Right Fork and Unnamed Tributaries of/and Armstrong Creek of Kanawha River and is located 3.1 miles, southwest of Powellton in Valley District of Fayette County, Longitude 81° 19' 39" and Latitude 38° 2' 49" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
