Notice is given that EQT Production Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Registration for an existing natural gas production facility, Shaver Wellpad, located on County Road 3, near Mannington, in Marion County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:

80.45266746W.
The applicant estimates the potential increase in the following Regulated Air Pollutants associated with the project after the installation of the proposed equipment:

Startup of operation will upon issuance of the permit. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
