Notice of Application
Notice is given that WVA Manufacturing, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a permit to modify its C3P finished product loading system located at Route 60, East, Alloy, WV in Fayette County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.137364° latitude, -81.278523° longitude.
The equipment that is being modified dates to 1947 and is being updated to improve finished product loading and shipping. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants from the new equipment in the C3P finished product loading system:
PM 2.1 TPY
PM10 1.9 TPY
The new equipment replaces older, less efficient shipping equipment. Startup of the new equipment will occur as soon as possible. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
