TO: JOSHUA SPOWERS, THE PUTATIVE FATHER AND UNKNOWN/ UNNAMED FATHER OF MALE CHILD BORN UNTO MELINDA AUTON ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2015 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 19-JA-147-MW)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 31st day of January, 2020 at 3:15 p.m., before the Honorable Mark E. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse Annex, Princeton, West Virginia.
