PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a Declaratory Judgment determining the true and lawful owners and their percentage of ownership in and to that certain tract or parcel of real estate containing .70 acre lying and being situate in Franklin District, Pendleton County, West Virginia, which passed by testate succession pursuant to the Last Will & Testament of H. P. Snyder duly recorded on February 14, 1967 in Will Book 7, Page 311 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Pendleton County, West Virginia, to approve the sale of said real estate, and to appoint a Special Commissioner to execute a Deed for said real estate.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that there are persons, other than those named in Plaintiffs’ Complaint as Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s, interested in the subject matter of the action, whose names and addresses are unknown to the Plaintiffs’ and who are made Defendants by the general description of unknown heirs, persons claiming an interest in that certain parcel of real estate containing .70 acre known as the H. P. Snyder Home Place lying and being situate in Franklin District, Pendleton County, West Virginia, and also persons whose addresses are not known to the Plaintiffs’.
Ordered that each of them do appear and serve upon Jared T. Moore, whose address is P.O. Box 8, Franklin, West Virginia, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 4, 2016, otherwise any rights or claims to ownership of the above described real estate may be waived or forfeited.
A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Franklin in said county and State.
