City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals

The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on March 5, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard
A. Steven Chandler, of United PF Partners LLC, is requesting a variance to operate a 24-hour fitness facility at 213 Marion Square (Tax Map 3-58, Parcel 37). Article 4.27.3. A of the Planning and Zoning Code limits the hours of operation from 8am to 10pm.
