PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following requests for Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-135-25-1: Request of Perry Mace, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Manufactured Home or Structure (Double Wide or Larger) in a R-2 Residence District at 1027 Summerlee Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
V-126-25-1: Request of Brandon Powell, potential property owner, for a Variance Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Single Family in a B-2 District at 341 Jones Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
