PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following requests for Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.

U-136-26-1: Request of Donald Keeney, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Manufactured Home or Structure (Double Wide or Larger) in a R-2 Residence District at 10 Rocklick School Road, Minden, WV 25879 (Parcel 9-59J-13).
