PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following requests for Use & Variance Permits, in the Council Chambers at Oak Hill City Hall.

U-137-26-1: Request of Christopher Toler/T3 Properties LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Storage Yard in a B-2 Commercial District at 116 Mall Road, Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Parcel 9-4-164).
